Technorati is just trying to stay relevant.Between things like Google Reader's share functionality, Tweetmeme and Post Rank, and the hundreds of others that let you share, rank, and sort RSS feeds and blogs, Technorati isn't really needed anymore. I still check it from time to time, but their their time as the "blog directory" has come and gone.

it is very risky for technorati because it will lose his origins and damage its brand...
