arstechnica.com — Substitute teacher Julie Amero has been convicted of risking injury to a child for not taking better action against pornographic pop-ups in her classroom, and now faces jail time. But did the school do anything to protect the network in the first place?

This teacher made some critical errors, and unfortunately not knowing how to correct a problem or deal with a problem is not a valid defense. I came across this article that gives teachers suggestions on how to protect themselves from a similar fate.http://www.edtechreview.net/2007/02/protecting-teachers-from-jail-time_15.html

However even in Europe the same stories continue to pop up. The system has lost touch with the real problems and the early exposure of our young people and the destruction of childhood. http://mp3-skazki.net http://techno-minimal-bit.com
