@GawtMilk,ummmm, kudos on recognizing the story's exaggerated, but "far from jailable"??? Have you heard of "Assault with a Deadly Weapon"? "Aggravated Assault"? Are you an Italian lawyer?In America, and I'd guess virtually all common law jurisdictions, this would be a felony if done intentionally. Her "mistake" response is her only defense, would still lead to jail time even if it works, and may not relieve her of anything.
yeah man. in the US it's more common to see kids running against teachers. but, again, you've something to teach us. infact, they don't usually carry a pair of scissors - oh-so-trivial.they use uzis, automatic rifles and a bunch of other more civilized weapons that we, africans of europe and old-fashioned mafia fellows, have never even heard of.you win - as usual.
