Yeah Launchy is good and works fine with these batch files..OR...you could just try DASH COMMAND. All these features and more already available. Simpler, faster...more features.

Actually, according to its Sourceforge forums, Launchy is being recoded so that it can be used on Mac and Linux...this is why it hasn't been updated for awhile.

alt+f2 or Desktop Bar appletto open up a location type '/' in the desktop, you'll get a location bar and you can go to a directory :p
