if they can imprison the governor of illinois for "insider dealings" then the same rule of law can be applied to dick cheney. he has already dumped most of his holdings in American currency and has a castle waiting for him in Dubai, I do not want to see him allowed to "take the money and run", something needs to be done about this right now.
