I think you read too far into problematic. What they were saying was that they had to figure out how to hold their hands to use the keyboard comfortably and still hit all the keys. I don't really think that is any sort of big deal.

It definitely looks better in person, but I agree that it's nowhere near as sleek as some of HTC's recent handsets.
