I'm guessing you dont have to wear the glasses with the thing on top of them. You probably can tell it what prescription you have and it just adjusts the image so it will look clear to you.
Ummm, this could just be me, but wouldn't you be a bit distracted if you were watching movies on a regular ipod video anyways? I /think/ most people would watch their films while sitting down or at least staying idle somewhere.
A friend of mine bought these from eBay a couple of months ago.I tried it on. It was so uncomfortable I couldn't have them on for more than two minutes.But I figure trekkies would like it 'cos it has that Geordi looks to it.
The Z800 HMDs from Emagin are very impressive. But a 1280x1024 OLED version is supposed to be coming out soon, which is why the price of the Z800 has been dropped. Anyhow, check out the nvidia forums for more info/reviews on these...

It says that "flicks...only you can see..." I thought the Ipod did a good job of that.
