This guy should be rewarded for his efforts. I say good job David Kernell!Anyways, he isn't doing anything wrong according to your Fuhrer Bush, who has seized the power to do this on a massive scale. Bush wipes his corrupt butt with the Constitution, more than any president in history. You replubliturds rail against government control, while your basic rights are shat on by your Great Leader, and McBush would gladly follow in his footsteps.

You are a Machiavelli, aren't you? But email hacking of the kind that was perpetrated on our 'tundra diva' is illegal. I would not support any illegal acts against the democrat leadership. President Bush sold the idea of telecom surveillance to your congress, who rubber stamped it. The democrat majority could have rescinded it by now. I am not sure that email is monitored. If that would annoy you as it does me try this. Emacs supports a mode called spook mode that inserts lines like this into your email:bce DES domestic disruption Leuken-Baden BATF George W. Bush Bin LadenEtacs Mossad Fedayeen CDC Israel president fundamentalist Reno Iran eavesdropping Mole asset Security Council MD4 afsatcom Israel spy Ruby Ridge NSA advisors bemd Honduras DRMThe idea is if everyone on the planet did the same the NSA would be overwhelmed.

Except it wasn't a congresswoman, but a Gov, not that it matters, he still broke the law. How would you feel if your private e-mail was hacked into and then published online, would you still be OK with it? As far as comparing this with what the govt does, that's apples and oranges, unless you're a terrorist or sympathizer, then I can see where you might have a problem with the surveillance.

You don't mess with a hockey mom's e-mail.... Gee, did he suppose the G-men would be too busy to find him on such a high profile hack? Brilliant little turd.

LOL Waiting. You don't seem to be able to make up your mind about me.....first I'm a "dolt", then a "friend", then you insult my intelligence, really that could be a symptom of something serious, get that checked will you...and you're Psychic to boot, excellent. As far as not deserving to live in a free country, well I earned that right by serving in the armed forces, and you? What have you done to deserve the right to live in one, besides bitching about it like a little girl. Really, the only one here who should have their IQ questioned is you and your asinine assumptions. Have a great day.
