I don't have a cell phone. Couldn't we also see a google maps mashup on every city's site that lets us file a report with a few clicks?It's not always practical to find a place to park and walk back to a pothole to take a picture tagged with a GPS reading. But if I knew there was an easy way to report it online, I could make a mental note of it's location and log the report later.
Great new app for the iPhone! I live in San Francisco and definitely see my share of graffiti and random couches on the streets. You can report potholes all day long, doesn't mean the city is going to do anything about it.
