This means that a freeware Tetris installer would be allowed to load kernel drivers. Basically, UAC is rendered completely worthless.

@RedLionFor what it worth I believe there already is a work around for patchguard. It more to prevent honest software from modifying the kernel (so Microsoft can change the kernel without worrying about breaking third party software) than to stop malware.
