I can get how it'd be a conflict of interest... but at the same time:Isn't it kind of a "no s**t" that a company that does these oil tests have some sort of relations with a huge oil company? Should we expect them to never have talked to an oil company ever?
And this particular lab alone is handling the testing of samples that results in the data used as evidence in all of the lawsuits and probes BP is going to face.Any scientist worth his Newtons will tell you how much bias that introduces, but it should be just plain common sense.
I knew it! It's Obama's fault! It's always his fault. This is his Katrina. He should have been prepared for this. If McCain won, this would never happen. /s

On the tape, the contractor says, “…this is BP’s rules, it’s not ours.”<a class="user" href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UbtuLjEyVA&amp;feature=player_embedded" rel="nofollow">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UbtuLjEyVA&amp;fea ...</a>
