Oh my God. Can you say "shaken baby syndrome" or "brain damage"? Hardly "cute" or anything of the sort. Just ask any doctor if that kind of motion can damage a baby.Apparently this video is real and originated in Afghanistan. On a side note, if they ever figure out how to reverse brain damage, keep an eye out for ninja-style Al-Qaeda in the next generation.
imcostalong - Seriously? You're jumping on people for NOT making an assumption that he's a highly trained acrobat? On that stupid video where the kid kicks the flaming soccerball full of gasoline, am i to assume he's a professional flaming soccerball kicker before i judge? I saw nothing he did that would require being any sort of a professional. I could smoothly swing a bag full of potatoes around just as smooth as that and i've never had even a second of training. So the kid smiled, big whoop.. nothing went wrong THIS time. Lets see the kid smile next time when he dislocates an arm or gets flung into that TV.It's no surprise the kid was smiling, babies like that kinda crap, but there's MUCH safer ways to do that. Get a damn swing set or something with a safety harness. "Its ok that they shot that baby out of a cannon, across a lake, and onto a landing pad. look! he's smiling!" The potential for disaster in this scenario is through the roof and a parent should NEVER take such a risk. This video is "DISGUSTING" and if i E V E R saw a parent doing that with their kid, i would kick that f**ker in the balls until he was unable to have more kids. I saw atleast 10 instances where that baby SHOULD have hit the TV or ceiling because he was so close.. but hey.. its ok! He's smiling! Do what you can to make your kid smile, even if it means almost killing him several times.
"I have a friend in prison right now for 10 years"Not surprising... most vitriolic liberals have friends in prison, or have been there themselves at one time or another. It's never their own fault though, and usually blamed on the imaginary oppressor they call "the man."
People, it is irrelevant if it is fake or not. Think of all the assh**es out there who think it looks like fun and start trying it with their own kids or nieces and nephews. Babies blood vessels are very fragile and when increased pressure is exerted, they BURST. Vessels in the eyes and brain bear the brunt of the pressure with that kind of centrifugal force. Blindness and stroke can happen in a few seconds of swinging, let alone several minutes. Thousands of babies and small children are taken to the emergency room every year with this type of injury from abuse not to mention the dislocation and permanent damage of the arms and separation of the vertebrae.

Even if it was an accident and the child asked the adult to do it?
