latimes.com — Medical researchers are homing in on a wonder drug that may significantly reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and many other diseases -- sunshine. The findings join a growing body of evidence indicating that an adequate level of the vitamin, which many people can get from 20 minutes in the sun, is crucial to maintaining good health.

They developed a tan to combat sunlight. Some of us aren't outside enough to develop a nice tan to fight the sun.

Even more weird is wearing sunglasses is supposedly bad too, it tricks your body into thinking it's dark outside and less melanin is produced causing your skin to be more susceptible to a sunburn.

aaaahhhh psuedo science, First off there is no proof of causality (as someone else pointed out above) one of the corner stones of science, how do we know what caused what or whether the relationship is due to another unknown 3rd factorFor example individuals who have higher levels of vitamin Ds may also be more more concious about their lifestyle therefore excercise more and lower risk from the named diseases"vitamin D" is actually a group of vitamins, this article gets very much muddled which one its talking about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_DThis was released ages ago just google itJust for god sake take multivitamins have a healthy diet and excercise and you have a better chance

Great information. I don't drink milk and I'm usually indoors during the day. http://showpharmacy.com/item/bestsellers/cialis_pr ...http://showpharmacy.com
