In leopard preview Apple has made their own version of Dtrace, called Xray. It is GUI based and can perform customized 'scripts'.Also there seems to be some references found to ZFS.

Talk about stale news repeating itself - this Sun and Apple merger rumor (although reversed in direction of purchase) was old news in 1998 after Jobs returned to a seriously f***ed Apple and righted the ship.Oh, well, if you can't find any new news, make some up or repeat old news, I say!
