having an airport somewhat near my house (10ish miles away) i can say its really not horrible, you get used to it, and compairing a windmill to an airport is bulls**t. If we can sue for windmills, we should be able to sue for barking dogs, screaming children and half deaf old people who have to yell to be heard too?
If you don't like the wind turbine, there's a much more mature and honourable way to go than legal action.Illegal action. War of the neighbours! Climb the fan tower in the dead of night and tie doormats to the blades! No efficiency for you, arseholes!
Why doesn't he just make the blades transparent? That will stop the annoying strobe effect, and frankly who cares about the noise? These neighbours presumably mow their lawn occasionally.
