I live in San Diego. The first week I move here they found a dead body in the trunk of an abandoned car and some girl got stabbed by her boyfriend and left for dead on the sidewalk. My sons friend got shot by some punk randomly shooting people for a gang initiation. People get stabbed at the trolley station all the time. Don't tell me illegals don't commit crimes. My husband grew up here and is Hispanic. If anyone is desensitized to it he should be. Things have gotten so bad he won't let his own mother go somewhere unless she's escorted. My brothers in laws work for homeland security and border patrol. Come talk to people who do those jobs. There is nothing racist about the truth. How can Hispanics be xenophobic about other Hispanics? Illegals ARE committing crimes. They just aren't be caught. They flow back and forth over the boarder all the time. In Mexico the military is having to take over whole towns because drug gangs are killing so many. Look, we know illegals. Some are great people and hard workers but facts are facts. They start out breaking the law by entering illegally. They do commit other crimes. Come live here and get a dose of reality. Stop playing the race card to make up for your lack of truth and facts. It's just pathetic.

if your objection is the legality of their status, why not setup something like we had on ellis island on the mexican border so they can get documented and come right in?
