sensor nets pwn.i whish someone how knows stuff would build a receiver for those cheap 466mhz radio weather stations. then it would be easy to "grab" temperature, humidity, etc data easily.. even without the owners knowing.

The sensors have heat sensors as well to protect against fire. I was in one of the 30 groups at the competition and i got to speak with them about the system.
