direct2drive.com— It requires 50gb during installation. I don't know about you, but that is a LOT of harddrive space for ONE game.

Animations don't take up a lot of space. Textures and sound do. Still seems pretty big, but really who cares? It's only 20gb once you have it installed.Remember people, this is the amount of space it takes if you are DOWNLOADING the game. If you buy a DVD version, then you only need the 20gb or whatever of space.
I agree... most college courses involving programming are shifting from low level asm/c to byte-code languages such as .net and java. I would much rather a team of computer engineers work on a game development project than a team of computer scientists.

How the hell did the ship this game to PC besides a download service? Not even DVD9 could fit the game.
