IANH, but you can get a P.O. Box for an address and a Pay-Go phone to make calls with. Yeah, you'll still need a little money, but that's what panhandling and temp-labor jobs are for. There's always a way out of homelessness, you just gotta stop feeling sorry for yourself and keep your wits about you.
