Boy, snookums sure needs some attention, doesn't he? :( Your life will be more meaningful as long as some number on some webpage goes up! Just keep waiting for it!
There's nothing wrong with a little self promotion. A few hits here and a few hits there will add up. People start to notice and eventually that may lead to the right person noticing. If people like what they see, they will want to invest in it. I have made several hundred dollars in the past year doing just that.
The command key is one of the most annoying keys ever. I used to do QA for Applecare and I can't count the number of calls I listened to where the phone agent would tell the customer to press the command key and the customer would be like "the command key, what's the command key?"... I used to coach people to actively avoid saying "command key" unless they were 100% sure the customer knew what it was, instead it was referred to as "the key with the little symbol that looks kinda like some sort of four leaf clover that's next to the spacebar". When it takes a whole sentence to explain one key to someone there is a problem. Just now while thinking about this I am also recalling how difficult it was to explain to customers how to hold down apple/option/P/R to reset PRAM. The customers were like "how the hell am I supposed to press the power button while I'm holding down 4 keys?!". The techs would then have to go on a 3 minute explanation that was like "using your left hand hold down r with your pinky finger, p with your index finger and then apple and option with your thumb". Stupid commands that confuse customers...
