Leopard was first shown at WWDC 2006, it was released a year and a half later. WWDC 2006 was just over a year after Tiger was released and it was very unfinished. This WWDC is a bit early to show 10.6, expect it next year.

The iPod classic will live on for its storage capacity. iPod Touch tops out at 32 gigs versus 160 gig iPod classic for less money. Makes sense when people start to carry video on the iPod. As bulky as the classic may seem these days, plenty of people will keep using them in their cars, or as a portable media box on a TV.

So exactly how does the story get over 900 diggs but everyone on digg votes it down in the comments. Seems like a f**ked up system to me.
