Hey! What's this supposed to mean!??!"those of you still playing Counter-Strike and Half-Life 2 should be looking forward to."You say it as it's an old, out of date thing! "Still playing CS and Half life"... PFT! 2 Of the best FPS's ever created, of course we should "STILL" be playing them!I feel offended!
Agreed. We'll spend about 5 minutes checking out each new thing, then go pwn some more. It's not like we have to learn anything new, it's just a tiny bit different.
steam has a lot of problems that they need to fix before they change their layout such as... getting friends to work or even getting the favorities list to save. steam needs to rethink their priorities
@WhyTwoKayThat's because many of the more interesting mods tap into undocumented or poorly supported API. If a mod were to adhere strictly to the supported and, "recommended," API, the mod community would only have one mod of any measure.Valve bills their API as a sort of bonafide backend that taps into nearly everything available in the game engine, the reality is a lot less impressive.

Also, hopefully the steam update will fix Counter-Strike: Source server's list fully, and for HL2 Mods.
