money.cnn.com — I worked for this company for over six years. Back in the day it was actually quite hard to get hired by Starbucks. Now they just need warm bodies to staff their cafes. They got greedy and completely over-expanded. The quality and the suffers and there was never enough time to properly train the new staff coming in. Sad.
