The problem with the Borg is that they one thing that makes them cool and unique is how powerful and innocently ruthless they are. You can't have them become the main bad guy without somehow weakening them. First Contact all though a good movie did that and so did Voyager.

While Star Wars episodes 1 - 3 were nothing compared to the originals, 2 was better than 1, and Episode 3 was certinaly better than 2. :)
