There is another concept out there called Lifestreaming. Which is a chronological aggregated view of your online activities from the services you already use and publish info to which could include Last.fm (music), Del.icio.us (bookmarks), Flickr (photos), etc....basically whatever service that offers an API or RSS feed. This is essentially the service iStalkr and a few other sites out there provide. It's actually pretty cool to provide a single page (or aggregated RSS feed) where your friends can view what you've been up to lately.
