Seems like an easy way to save on the ETF if you want out. I wish I would have known about this before last Thursday when I switched to AT&T for the iPhone. Not a big deal since the sale of my Moto Q paid the ETF... Sprint must really be hurting pretty bad these days.

These phone companies all have such horrible customer service. You'd think one company would realize this and make their customer service a selling point...
