Wow, Kinda opened up a can of worms there. Has anyone read Timeline by Michael Crichton (just the book, not the crappy movie), it touches on this very well. I mean, you might not be able to teleport a person using this method because of the philosophical difficulties. But you could teleport other things of importance. Some very interesting views in this thread.
