No, it won't. And I personally don't care what reason someone has to write about something. I either like the writing and the subject matter or I don't. And I either trust the writer or I don't. So whether they were paid or not, and by whom, makes zero difference to me. If they write dishonestly or write about things I don't like, I'll stop trusting or reading. If they write well, and I like the content, and I find out they got paid to do it, why would I care?
