ajaxonomy.com — Spellify is a script.aculo.us/prototype based spell checker for form fields that utilizes Google as its spell check engine. Spellify version 1.0 has been released, officially taking the application out of beta and bringing it to prime time.

The world may not revolve around developers (or AngryAngryBrian and myself) but why should we care about IE users?Really, the spelling is a "nice" feature... chances are people who use FF and Safari (and any other browser with this built-in) will use it... people on ie can't, and probably wouldn't anyways. It's obvious it gets passed over as a "feature" more often than not (people are in a hurry, do they really care?).So in the end, screw IE....

I agree Firefox doesnt catch nearly as many of the words as google does.
