No no you got it all wrong. It's like this:God created Kim Il-sung to be his lawful representative on earth and in order to save the chosen people of the north from falling under evil rule of the fascist child eaters from the south, Korea was foreordained to be divided and thus the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was born.

The old man shook in the corner, occasionally he gave out a high-pitched whimper before lapsing into the soft weeping that was annoying the hell out of the people in the bar."What's the matter with the old guy ?" asked the stranger. The bartender's eyes narrowed. "Have a care, that 'old guy', as you call him, has just come back from a stint on the internet, reading stuff.'"My God," said the stranger softly. He rose and went over to the trembling dotard; "Tell me, friend; what did you see exactly ?"The old fellow snivelled openly; then gave out a mighty howl of pure anguish: "UNSPEAKABLE things. Things that never should be seen by man nor beast. I saw open cruelty; vile bestial acts of depraved minds, writing sarcastic stuff; the color out of space... words, my God, the words.... Can such things be ?"

Korea has been doing this for years. You can't sign up for like 95% of the sites in the country without a citizen number which is checked against a database.
