Hey, there is a way for you to build dynamic strength in your full core workout. Start tossing 50 to 100 lbs boulders off of quarry cliffs. It's a tough way to maintain your balance and build assassin style force in your legs and upper body. Just remember that if you have hurt your back, this is absolutely the worst thing you can do. You usually end up falling in.
