It's all to do with completion, some games aren't even released in Australia and ones that are can be found overseas much cheaper. Something similar happened a while ago now with the DVD players, now it's almost impossible to find a DVD player that IS region locked to Australian region 4 in Australia.Hopefully they will do something similar with the PSP UMD movies.
