We really need this. Enough people are in jail or had their lives ruined over stupid pot laws to warrant the END of this nonsense. Not to MENTION that it would put all the thug, bully, terrorist criminal drug cartels out of business. Mexico is fighting a quasi-war right now and marijuana is the MAIN drug these cartels make their money on... lets bring those profits here and let our own honest farmers make the money and our own honest people smoke if they want to.

I agree with you 100% NightC, we need this more than ever. Save the money wasted fighting a loosing battle. Legalize and tax to help build back up our economy with a commodity we don't need to import. With all the work americans (and you canadians too!) have done in cultivation, I bet we could even export marijuana to other forward thinking countries that legalize this global commodity.
