prwallstreet.com — The more the government is allowed to do in taking over and running the economy, the deeper the depression gets and the longer it lasts. That was the story of the 30s and the early 40s, and the same mistakes are likely to be made again if we do not wake up.

Oh, the worst thing that has happened was that our rights have been taken away. Lets decide the direction we want to take our country! (<a class="user" href="http://www.vote.org)">http://www.vote.org)</a>

I've been following Ron Paul religiously now for over a year and I have yet to find anything about him wanting to "relax lending regulations and privatize our military"...On the other hand, Ron Paul is the only politician who mentions our dire need to give Americans the choice to use sound money. Just like we have the choice to use cash, check, credit card, or PayPal, he wants us to have the choice of what money we use. By allowing private companies to compete, they'll most likely create asset backed currencies that wouldn't be able to be printed out of thin air and get devalued. For example, Bank of America, Wells Fargo etc, should be able to print notes that are backed by the gold and silver in their vaults. Their vaults would be randomly inspected to make sure that they aren't lending more money then they have in gold and silver in their vaults. Imagine being able to have the choice of buying the same car for $5,000 Bank of America Notes or $30,000 Federal Reserve Notes? Our lives would be a hell of a lot better if we had these choices. All this is very possible. We just have to demand sound money

Ron keeps escalating the warning tone of his speeches, as do other politicians & prominant figures who know Washington. Congress just had closed door secret meetings earlier this year- who knows what they were talking about?? Dennis Kisinich refused to attend, stating he feels Democracy works best in the light of day. The 9-11 Truth Movment is gaining ground. Awareness of things like the Gulf of Tonkin incident are increasing. We are on the verge of WWIII. Will Americans wake up before their sons & daughters are once again sent to the slaughter for the aims of evil rich men?
