I would like to restrict their axis of movement not increase it! perhaps it would be better if everyone had their own rail to drive on. none of this 2 dimensional free movement. People still haven't realized that trying to text people while driving is unsafe. And they don't realize that if you take a train to work you can use a laptop since many commuter trains have free WiFi now.
One reason solar power works so well for plants is that they don't have to commute every morning at 80mph in a 2-ton FUV.Meanwhile, researchers need to develop an underlayer of either tree-branched or dendrimer material that can transport phonons from the spray-on layer of nanoparticles to the anode of some energy storage device. Or maybe the nanoparticles could be applied atop a layer of aerogel composed of nanotube-lined compartments that would act as a super-duper capacitor. Then you wouldn't really need batteries in your electric car, just a gooey layer of aerogel. More fun!
I think hes talking about governments that levy taxes...so government loans arent really free lunch, because 1. its a loan which means it gets paid back, and 2. the government collects texes. It's still a retarded idea, since we should have investment into fission power and fusion research instead of trying to burn animal crap, or create windmills (tech from 100's of years ago)

As soon as you spray the stuff, they turn directly into vapor (which is all they really were anyway).
