@RadanAre you serious? Every living organism is related to every other living organism, considering we all evolved from a single cell. In addition, all humans would have evolved from a single small group of people, when they were first separated from a larger population of our direct ancestors and underwent mutations and bred with each other.
"It is unfortunate that it is called the theory of evolution. It keeps so many people from actually accepting it as truth."I disagree. I think it's unfortunate that so many people don't know what "theory" actually means.
nextbillgates:In what proper context would the evidence support creationism? With my head up my ass? I'm afraid support must mean something different to me than it does to you. Creationism has no support OTHER than Biblical, which is just abstracting the problem to what support does the Bible have? What Creationism does seem to have a lot of is hand waving about how scientific evidence can be interpreted differently... aka... misinterpreted. The evidence is clear. Evolution is the best explanation we have. Creationism doesn't even come close. Your own best, trumpeted scientists, popularized by the discovery institute and who write for creationist journals (because you can't formulate a testable hypothesis, which is a prerequisite to publish in any reputable journal) can't even understand the difference between thermodynamic entropy and informational entropy. I wouldn't trust them to recognize design if it bit them on the nose. In fact, if you HAD good science, you wouldn't be in such a hurry to get it adopted by schools because it would just happen. Apparently the only way creationist supporters can win is by indoctrinating children. If you had what you say you do, schools would WANT to adopt your curriculum, and you wouldn't have to stack school boards and fight so much.
