Looks like you got yourself something to submit. Is it possible to submit a digg comments page to digg?

Uh, quick question: If Web 2.0 is primarily defined as a site that thrives on user provided content, wouldn't this website essentially also be Web 2.0?And also, wouldn't World of Warcraft be the premier anti-Web 2.0 service? I mean, all of that content is provided by Blizzard, and it's not like the users can create new areas for others to explore.

10 million in annual revenue is nothing compared to what they could make if they opened it up to everyone and added ads to bring in the profits. That is, of course, only if the company is wanting to make more money, it's perfectly alright to have other motivations than money in business decisions.

In practice that may be less confusing but the way you just explained it sure didn't make it seem that way! :-)
