I have just recently started vaping. I still smoke analogsbut only the ones that I roll myself. As of the first of this year the only kind that I canbuy in Pa. are the so-called fire safe cigs, Which I have never smoked and never will. The old store bought analogs were bad enough, but the FSC ones have even moredeadly chemicals in them. What I find ironic is, that the FDA and other health organizations are making such abig deal about the few chemicals that are in ecigs. But I didn't hear any of themcomplain about the new deadly chemcals that are put in the FSC cigs, which by theway they didn't do any testing on them to find how they would afect people. and thesecond hand smoke from them is realy bad. These have sent a lot of people to thedoctors and even the emergency rooms ! Why are'nt they up in arms about them ? They say that the e-cig should be banned until safety studies are properly conducted. Well no one worried about doing any safety studies on the FSC cigs. Now that the FDA has some control over what's in cigs, I'm waiting to see if they do anything about the FSC crap. If they don't, then they have no right to ban e-cigs. Thenthere should be a class action lawsuit filed against them ! By the way, they are'nt firesafe. They are more of a fire hazard then the old ones !
Great article filled with facts, actual facts! *gasp* This article not only highlights the disparity between the truth and what the FDA would lead the public to believe but provides case studies and analysis of the product, most of which was done well before the FDA even looked into electronic cigarettes. Well done, great read.
