dailymail.co.uk— People who spend time on the internet or watching television before they go to bed are more likely to FEEL like they don't get enough sleep.

I think it might have to do with what you're doing on the Internet. When I'm browsing the net right before bed I tend to work up quite a sweat... so maybe all that vigorous pumping is responsible for feeling tired?
That's the new thing now. You're not supposed to spend so much time on the internet. You might get an addiction or something. You're supposed to stay completely unaware of current events, go to church a lot, and take your pills at bedtime like people used to.
interesting, because if i'm not listening to music i usually fall asleep watching the simpsons or futurama or some such cartoon. i can certainly say that i never have a problem sleeping.

The best and only good reason I've heard to get off the Internet in ages. Dugg.

Since when is the data on the Internet actually worthy of "data processing time"? I can ignore an idiotic on dig the instant I see it.
