More for the list:* Learn another language (programming languages are probably not as good, but still effective).* Learn morse code, brail or sign language.* Learn a (new) musical instrument or to read musical notation (TAB doesn't count).
I call bull. All this does is make whatever hand you used to do less dominant. If they knew anything about nural networks they should know this does nothing.
I heard on some science show recently that the short-term affects of alcohol are that it interferes with sleep and good sleep is needed for the brain to remember stuff that you learned that day.
