More is a master at manipulating facts into out right lies. I think healthcare is in critical need of reform and insurance companies are in league with the devil. It's not really about disagreeing, it's about saying that his facts were 'fudged' or 'wrong'. He then proceeded to give references and sources to his facts that they claimed were fudged.I think Moore should be taken with a grain of salt, but at least he's given his sources.
First of all you could hardly call the UK a socialist country, I wish we could stop the pretense that just because the government provides public services it's therefore a socialist country.As for getting people to look in their paychecks? Well find a serious political party that claims to want to privatise healthcare. Certainly in the UK putting out that policy would be political suicide. In fact because of the party's actions in the past you'll often find the Conservative Party leader, David Cameron trying to outdo all other leaders in proclaiming belief in the NHS. People believe in National Healthcare and they consistently vote to protect it irrespective of the cost in taxation.
Why is Michael Moore lying? He defended all of his facts right on CNN! Omitting details? Yes but that wasn't the point of his film. It was to show how private insurance companies make money off of not serving its clients, namely people like you!
