forwhichitstood.org — Is it really the duty of the federal government to tell us what is right or wrong? Is it their job to tell us what we can and can't do with our own bodies in the privacy of our own home? The totalitarianism characteristics of our government are constantly increasing, which raises the question: should the government really police morality?

No, they should not, and have no legal authority to do so. They are supposed to defend the Constitution of America, their state and local laws (provided they don't contravene the Constitution), and that is it!! "Morality" in the sense that it is commonly used is between all consenting individuals and their creator. If is a personal matter so long as it does not infringe on the rights of others.
