Did you read my post? A 100% RR would stop all loans from happening, halting any growth derived from small businesses using loans to buy capital and expand. Taking the profit factor out of banking (what 100% RR does) will just end banking.

The I in the CIGXM is by definition demand side investment, ie, short run. LRAS is only changed as I said before by technology, capital, and labor, not by demand shifts.

Its only evasion if you don't report any income generated. There is nothing illegal about offshore accounts in and of themselves. Now if its earning income, you better report it.
