Since I'm always working, when else would I access my social networking sites? ;)

Great topic for discussion. Unfortunately depending on where you work, this may not be such a good idea (meaning in terms of support it). Example: where I work people won't use instant messaging because "it's too complicated and difficult to figure use". Now imagine those same people trying to add friends, chat, add different FB APIs, etc... it's just not going to happen unless you hold their hands and walk them through it.I do see the idea of "where employees can interact with one another online for an hour per week" a great benefit. It would help bridge the communication gap between older staff, who communicate by sneaker, phone, paper trail and email, and the younger students, who engage in instant messaging, text messaging, forums, chat rooms, and email.
