Should Al Gore put "An Inconvenient Truth" up on BitTorrent?

zeropaid.com — Interesting story revolving around a letter written to Al Gore urging him to follow in the footsteps of the people behind the movie "The Corporation," and offer an official BitTorrent version of "An Inconvenient Truth" in order to reach a much larger audience. Does anybody else here live around Washington, D.C.? There was an article in the Washington Post not too long ago about how the area is now hospitable to dwarf palm trees due to the increase in temperature over the past 20 or so years...not to mention that the temperature here is supposed to above average until at least January 18th. We've barely even hit below freezing this entire winter..whoever believes that global warming or climate change is just propaganda seriously needs to learn to be less narrow-minded.

@ rationalistno-one can deny that CO2 levels are rising. But is it going to have a noticeable impact on our weather? Sure theres also data that temperature has increased in the past 10 years. But if you look at past 100 years, the temp increase goes up and down, was there less CO2 in those lower years? No. Also for those people who say temperature has increased, even if its only .1 of a degree in the past 100 years? You ever thought maybe that because scientific techniques for measuring temperature are much more advanced now? Or that maybe back 100 years ago, you would miss a few days of recording, and just add some data.Its a good idea to probably clean up our way of life, but you need to think of how useful it is overall. When they banned CFC's after only 1 set of data said it MAY be causing an ozone hole, even tho there were many studies to the contrary, they essentially killed millions of people in 3rd world countries who now were not aloud to use this cheap refriderrent to keep there meat cool, because countries like America wouldnt allow it.If you look at the data of the KYOTO protocol, they want countries to essentially to hamper there way of life to stop a .1 degree of temperature increase.Think about all the consequences before throwing random political laws into place.
