How do you set a microwave to 400 degrees?

@DesignEx:Apparently you failed reading comprehension. The articles is about quick and easy dinners the left-overs of which can be turned into lunch. No where in the article does it say not to eat breakfast or even mention breakfast. Though, I don't doubt one could eat the left-overs as breakfast.I suggest you go back to school and this time pay attention in English and Literature class.

yeah, but high protein meals combined with working out DO. i can tell you from experience if you don't have the right diet exercise will just make you lean, not muscular

@davev, ouchevelless, davidroolsPrecisely my point. This guide says you can eat well on $50 a week, and proceeds to list the foods to purchase to stay within $50.(+ when during the week you'd eat it)As all three of you have said, eating breakfast is healthy... yet this article does not mention it once, all the meals are lunch & dinner. If you were to include breakfast in there, it wouldn't quite make the $50 cut.

but its the truth, why deny it? how many of us here actually eat good lean meals and take the time to prepare them?

Really? You're going to advocate red meat over chicken and shrimp *and* knock the idea because it's not nutritious?Brilliant. And who wants to eat chili for a week? I love chili, but c'mon.

seriously, all people need to do is follow this WWW.MUSCLEBUILDERUSA.COM perfectly. Just don't slack and do it straight for 6 months. I'm sure there's a lot of other sites like it online that offer a similar product. This one just worked for me so I'm telling everyone about it...guaranteed if you follow it you'll be ripped!

This list is ok. There are cheaper ways and faster ways to make food. What I tend to do is cook and freeze 10 chicken breasts for the week...make up a bunch of rice past, and add in frozen veggies.I've been following this workout plan and meal guide for the last few months and have never seen such progress;http://www.theencyclopediaofhealth.com/eat-to-buil ...

I like it. It's very economical and healthy food. No worries about acidity or obesity, it is completely for all.
