Hey, don't knock it until you try it. It is really hard to sell Girl Scout cookies. All the troops with the teeny brownies and daisies get all the sales and the older kids get nothing. Just like any other door-to-door sales, selling cookies is difficult. Granted, you have the advantage of knownig (most of) the people to whom you are selling, but still!
unreasonable? I look forward to those cookies all year. I have no other way of getting them. I want my god damn tagalongs and I don't care if it is a crack dealer or a girl scout's parent, I will buy it from them.
Who can say no to girl scout cookies anyway? Also makes me wonder if my mom pre-arranged all my grade school fund-raising travel toothbrush sales. Sure, they're handy with that tiny tube of toothpaste in the handle and that lid-with-drain-hole... but even i was surprised at how many i sold. Needless to say, as an adult i have rejection issues.
