youtube.com— Sheldon Cooper's fave Linux Distro is Ubuntu! Though knowing him for 3 years, I would've thought he would go for Gentoo or even Linux From Scratch!

You must have missed the other front page story's comments that had even more bashing than this one because the show is awful but TBS paid a crap ton for it to lead into Conan. Their ratings suck, they got one good monetary deal from a network desperate to appeal to the geeks which is nothing to brag about...
I'm talking about the Linux Kernel .. There is no real difference between ANY of the Linux Distros, with the exception of the application packages that they come with. Who cares if it comes with Gnome or KDE; it's not relevant. <qualifying statement>RedHat and SUSE Linux distros do make some minor "tweek" type changes to the Linux kernel, but they are not huge changes. </qualifying statement>Linux is simply a kernel (maintained by Linus), and application packages generally maintained by GNU. Distros just select these application packages and write a nifty install script. If you find one version of linux to be more stable the another, it's probably just a software version issue. Do a quick upgrade (apt-get upgrade or something)
Ultrafez: Don't forget IT Crowd. They have details too!Jackbrowning: Yeah, but why using OLD versions? Who cares about those OLD versions. IIRC, they were like first half of 2000s! :)

Sheldon doesn't strike me as an Ubuntu user. Mainly because of its popularity.
