whiskeymb - Shelby doesn't believe in independent suspension because he is all about more power and less wheel-hop. Personally, I would rather have a car with lots of power and lots of handling. When you have a big ol' engine and lots and lots of power, that's when things get squirrelly.
Ricer dorks stock response to why their POS is cool is "handles well". It doesn't but it's not as quantifiable so simple numbers won't prove them wrong. Marketing people love the clueless.
Hey Euros, if you like your road racing and IRS suspension that's fine, but don't trash our cars because they don't play well on your tracks. We drag race here, so we build cars with V-8's and solid rear's to suit our desires. Your Ferraris and Lambos suck on our tracks but you don't hear us complaining.
@pointandclick So I guess the mustang is a better car because you don't have windy roads? If you even bothered to read the story, you would see that the car is being marketed as a performance car and I'm telling you that it's not. Have fun driving that car on your no-speed limit roads up in Kansas, and don't tell me a non track car needs that much horse power.

I think it's about time they switch to hydrogen.

@4UIDigg:Well, since GM doesn't make the mustang, I don't think they plan on selling too many.

ErrorS: You're right, you clearly don't know much about cars. No-one buys a performance car and doesn't stick his foot in it /at least/ now and again.
