HAHAHAHThat's what your insurance companies keep telling you, so keep believing it, but the majority of Canadians pay less or equal taxes to their American counterparts. Our Dollar is just dandy(much easier to continue to take business away from the US with a lower $), and no , their is not month long waiting lists for treatments that you can get next day in the US.Another lie from your insurance company. It's so hilarious when Americans spout off these lines taught to them by the insurance companies that keep them poor, Just how stupid are you?Go President Palin!!!PS. I work in the medical field. We sell Equipment to US hospitals and clinics at an average 10-20 times what the rest of the world is charged. They prefer to purchase equipment from Canada over US made, because of the exchange rate on the dollar(so much for your fake patriots) The Doctor's in the US care about 1 thing. $$$. They don't give a rats ass about patients. It's all about revenue streams. Most of them don't even bother to learn how to use the equipment properly. It doesn't matter, as long as they can add it to the patients bill, that's what counts.
I don't expect you to come back and read my response, frostcrow, but do you know how many people go to ERs across the country and don't pay for care received? If it's a true emergency, is the staff not supposed to treat just because the patient can not afford care. It may be idiot logic, but it happens every day. This is why health care in the US is in this state.
The reason America has such problems seeing doctors in the ER is because the US is flooded with illegals who don't go to regular doctors, but always go to the ER for everything, and then skip out on the bill. I'm 99% sure that no other country in the world has the same problem with illegals that the US does. And for every story about waiting 19 hours, there are a hundred other stories about someone on their deathbed getting in to see the doctor immediately and having their life saved.
JulyZerg the only thing being manipulated is you - you are a tool and you don't even know it. Talk about manipulating statistics - leave that to Canadians to digg deep to find reasons to make themselves feel equal to Americans. Your loony is worth 80 cents today and dropping fast. Countries, companies and people all over the world are investing the in the US dollar. Don't you understand what that means for you personally??????? Everything thing you buy is going to cost you more! But leave it to illiterate Canadians with their poor health care and even poorer education system to not understand that concept. And as for war - it was Americas war against the British - both the Revolutionary war and the War of 1812 that paved the way for YOUR Independence moron. You should be grateful to Americas warriors for keeping your weak country free - you cannot even defend yourselves let alone anyone else! What happens when China or Russia decide they need your oil more than you do - you going to recruit all the gays ad dopers in Canada to defend your oil shale fields and Arctic oil reserves? Give me a f**king break!! Talking aobut flags - I just came back from Italy - there is not one Canadian flag anywhere but American flags EVERWHERE - flying over every hotel and place of business.
wth.... do you just take your Canadian hate wherever you go???I enjoy your dollar argument though..... what's kinda funny about it is, our dollar seems to be related to the price of oil..... so when oil goes up our dollar goes up cancelling the costs-benefits out.... and when oil goes down our dollar goes down doing the same thing. So we are either paying for higher transportation costs or for the low value of our currency but never both. Thus, prices here really don't change.Your patriotism is something to be admired? though.
no, i have uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage on my auto coverage and so should everyone who drives. It costs maybe 5-10 dollars a month and covers up to 150,000 of anything the offending motorist cannot pay.
